Styhead Tarn is located at 'Neaum Crag', an estate of wooden alpine style chalet lodges and holiday apartments set in 18.5 acres of mature Lakeland woods near Skelwith Bridge in Langdale Valley, Cumbria.

This luxury log cabin, set in the heart of the Lake District, provides the perfect self catering, holiday home.

The pool at Neaum CragThe Neaum Crag estate nestles at the foot of the majestic Great Langdale Valley very close to the village of Skelwith Bridge, with Ambleside only three miles distant and Coniston four miles. Being away from main roads the log cabin location is ideal for children to roam freely, leaving parents to relax.

These chalets and apartments have the added advantage of a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, table tennis and board games in a relaxation hall.

interior of Styhead Tarn log cabinThe accommodation is all on one level and comprises of a kitchen/diner, including oven, microwave, fridge (no freezer). Through to the lounge with TV, DVD, and electric fire. Off the lounge area there are three bedrooms; one double, one twin and one with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower (no bath). Please note: there is no washing machine in the property but there is a laundrette on the Chalet Site.

Picnic table right outside Styhead Tarn log cabinOutside there is a large gravelled area with a table and benches, to be able to enjoy eating outdoors. Customers may use their own portable BBQ's (on the gravel area) but well away from the Chalet.

There is space for a car immediately outside the property, and the main car park for the Chalet is only 30 metres away. Please be aware that access to the property is down some steps. A shop and laundrette all available for holidaymakers to use.
